“A brilliant B and B, well worth a stop to break up a long drive. Exceptionally friendly service and very welcoming. Room was warm with a very comfy bed and quality shower. Breakfast was tasty and portions generous. Honestly the only way I can fault the place is that I couldn’t stay longer”
“Absolutely spot on. Service when checking in was friendly, speedy yet thorough. The room and lounge itself was just what you’d ask for and the breakfast in the morning was totally magnificent. Everything was delicious, not oily or too fatty like some full cooked breakfasts. Already planning on coming back.”
“Fabulous. Everything. Superb room (we had a family room with three beds) & en suite was great. Only criticism we had was the placement of the TV (we told Alison during our stay) Alison is a superb host. Friendly, efficient, helpful and fries a great breakfast. The B&B is in a small village but the location is great for getting to Annan, Gretna or even Carlisle. We'd recommend it to anyone (we took our dog too and she got on well with B) who likes good food and a friendly and helpful host.”
